We help to get Solutions!

The pace of evolution of the real estate is becoming exponential, not only because of the convergence of exponential technologies, growing climate change challenges: but also because of the ever-moving concepts of what a human is.
It is believed that much of the buildings called home that we build today dates back to about 4400 years ago when Gilgamesh, a Sumerian king in Mesopotamia, founded the world’s first major city. There have been obvious little changes here and there, since then but even those changes have complicated the barriers to reinforce Gilgamesh mindset about where and how we live.
Each participant (whether an individual, group of individuals, or entity) must agree to and abide by the following: Bridgewaters Policies, User Agreement, and Copyright Infringement Policy. Each participant must complete and comply with the BGW process. All team members must meet Bridgewater Foundation Eligibility policies.
But that is changing and it is simply the right thing to do. It is apt to re-imagine the need for houses and query the essential needs for a “home” today. The organizers of this challenge are compelled to ask, “what really does a home mean to today’s human: the walls, the roofs, the floors, the looks? or are there other un-chattered ingenious and sustainable means of delivering the privacy, security, comfort, prestige, shelter and the access sort by humans? And in the face of growing shortage of the natural resources that we were once lived on, can we find or create new resources to make living and housing better achiever.
Without a doubt, the world is responding to this shift and repositioning to cap on opportunities the current challenges brought our way to democratize, digitalize, dematerialized, and demonetize housing as it were and make it more affordable and climate friendly. We in Nigeria will not be an exception. We need to drift with the wave of changes in contemporary real estate and housing.
In light of the above, we are taking a vanguard position to flag the ship in sustainable housing development in Nigeria. The goal of the challenge is to seek disruptive solutions to the menace of housing and construction in Nigeria. The organizer is throwing this challenge open to stimulate and engage the creativity of our young men and women. It also intends to promote deliberate thoughtfulness and solutions to tropical global sustainable construction issues such as climate change, search for sustainable building designs and indigenous materials. We are also using the opportunity to stimulate technological innovations in designing sustainable
